Soapy tasting expressed milk? And more watery?

I over heated my toddlers EBM tonight and when I tested it for temperature, I noticed it tasted soapy? Is this something I've eaten or from over heating it? Wasn't pleasant!!
Also I've noticed that even though I empty the breast as much as possible with the pump, the milk has become less creamy in the last week.. Strange! Any ideas?

Is it frozen milk? I think it called excess lipase, it not harmful and fine for baby to drink if they will. Otherwise you can scald the milk before freezing to eliminate it
