Socket protectors

Does anyone know if you can get protectors that also cover the switch itself? Iknow you can get the its you stick in the socket to stop them poking their fingers in and electrocuting themselves, but Noahs new gave is just to switch them of and on, great fun when your in the middle if typing something lengthy on the laptop and the screen suddenly goes blank
