So oh lost his provisional a few days ago, we checked everywhere but gave up and ordered another, we had to be somewhat quick as his driving test isn't too far off, we did this sat. So guess what text oh receives today "my Mrs found your licence in the pub today..."
The only way to waste twenty quid faster is literally throwing it away....

I did that a few years ago (lost the paper part before moving). Phone the DVLA and ask them to cancel, if they've not processed it already. I did that and they sent me the cheque back.

I have lost my bank card before. Searched high & low for it, no sign whatsoever. Phoned the bank to cancel it & get one sent out. Within 30seconds of hanging up I found the buggar. Couldn't use it as it had been cancelled!

I lost my bus pass last year (i left it on the bus) I rang up to get a new one which cost £10 and i got my new one then next day the old one came in post cus someone handed it in lol
