Well had consultant yesterday and my cerivx has shortened by nearly whole cm this wk it was 1.9cm last Thursday and today it was 1cm im gutted. Not long now she reakons to expects pains in 7-10days. However she was still confident that she can buy me time with magnisum and nephedpine when i start contracting. she still hope's to get me to 26+wks xx Feel sad now that i no its so close. But from my point of view my waters went with ella and tj at 18+wks and my cefvix was 0.00 then it had totally effaced out, and even then they managed to hold off labour each time i went into labour for 6-7wks before i actually had them so im still hopefull. But i dont have long they weight of lily is what doing it. xxxx

If you have history of prem labour did they not mention having a stitch put in?

That was the first thing they said to me and i had the stitch put in at 15 weeks.
