The main one I am after is pineapple upside down cake 
But I have just moved and my oven is actually level so I can bake in it Our last 2 places were rubbish and I couldn't bake anything in them with out it burning on one side or being under cooked. 
So basically I am after some yummy recipes so I can get baking again
