Hi all
My LO is 14 months old and I plan on BF until she decides to wean.
At the moment she feeds four times a day - once in the morning when she wakes, once before each nap (I still feed her to sleep for naps) and once before bedtime.
The thing is, she never ever 'asks' for a feed - she really enjoys it when it is time to breastfeed, and it definitely settles her down for her sleeps, but sometimes I wonder if I didn't offer it whether she would mind?
I ask because she is beginning to transition to one sleep a day, so should I just go down to three feeds a day or should I offer four (one not before a sleep?)
I know that children don't normally self-wean until over 2 years old...but sometimes I wonder if she would miss it if it wasn't there....
Shall I just keep offering? How many feeds were your 14 month olds having a day?
Thanks
