One of the guys in my office just came up to me and goes 'I didnt know you were pregnant, congratulations' before i could say thanks he turns round and goes 'your a bit young though aint ya'

noooo im bloody not too young there is no such thing as too young yes i may be 19 but we both work full time and know exactly what were letting ourselves in for!!

Im in such a foul mood today anyway this has just topped it off!!

I don't know how old you mean by 'older' but if you mean elderly then that totally baffles me. The common thing 50 years ago was for women to be married with children by 21 :\ I don't know what makes 19 and 20 year olds less grown up and ready nowadays..

i hate this too, i had to go up to the day assessment ward few weeks ago and cuz me partner is away my mum came with me for support, anyway one of the midwifes really pissed me off, she kept saying how dare u make ur mum a grandma at this age, and she was saying it jokinly but she sed it enf times that i new she didnt mean it as a joke . it reli pissed me off , i was like y am i so yung im 19, i think 19 is fine and im at a stable point in my life, i can afford everything, my n my partner althoough shocked r ready n prepared so who r u to judge. no 1 sud be judged by age. any 1 can be a mum if they are prepared!

I was 21 when i had my first but iam tiny only 5ft2 tiny frame , Looked like i was 16 and boy i got some funny looks . One woman while i was sat in the Doctors said to me , Do you think you should of baught your mum along at your age you will need her ! . I was Engaged working and owned my own house lol
