Someone help please!!

Had a little accident yesterday in the car.

Was late for my appointment with the midwife. Went to reverse and hit another car- dohhhhh!!

We both got out, couldnt see any obvious damage but i gave her my
mobile number and rushed off not even thinking about it.

Came out my appointment- got checked over and all just fine.

Get home and ring my car insurance company to tell them what happened- told me they would be in touch.

Rang back today and told her this girl is claiming I have badly dented the back of her car...and not only that but she is claiming she is injured. Wtf?! I must of hit her at about less than 5mph.

The insurance company have said they are challenging it and that I may end up in court if they disagree with a decision

Was wondering if anything had happened to anyone and what you did?

Not been driving long and obviously taking advantage of my in experience

you always get some people who try to play the system and get what ever they can!

Dont stress about things - let your insurance deal with it and i am very sure that it wont go as far as court - insurances will sort things out between themselves before it gets to that stage

They probably done the damage themselves after your incident or something crazy like that. You should have taken a photo really but hey ho too late I guess

Some people are just awful. Something like this happened to my brother - he had someone go into him but the bloke claimed it was the other way round. There were no witnesses which made it worse. Went to court and everything and the verdict was it was my brothers fault. Hope it doesn't go that way for you.

She will be after a personal injury claim that's why she is exaggerating the circumstances
