something strange is going on..

ok,yesterday i reported that AF had come,well thats what i thought..today,nothing.not a thing..i took a HPT yesterday,before i thought that the had arrived,and it was a BFN..so now what?am i just strange,whats going on with me all i had was a little slight pink blood on the tissue when i wiped yesterday (sorry TMI) i was due to test today,because last month AF arrived about this time (although im irregular),so i thought it would be about right,but i havent tested after yesterdays BFN.sorry fot the rant and the big script,but im soooo right now..anyone care to offer any advise to me please!!

Hmm I don't know why that happened but a similar thing happened to me last month. I was due AF on 34th day and on about 32nd day I had 'spotting' which I have never had (or noticed before). I was depressed because I thought it was AF but the same day (and day after) it totally disappeared. So I got excited thinking it was maybe implantation bleeding or something. Then on day 34 my 'proper' AF arrived.

I hope that isn't the case for you...

I had a similar experience this month, last Thursday... pink spotting for 3 days, and still no AF or BFP... but I am going to my OBGYN today so I will ask about it and if I find anything out I will let you know! I am pretty doubtful that it is good news for myself, but I hope it is good news for you. I have heard that that is what happens around implantation time for some people!

Well, I went for my appt. with the gynae... and I explained to him about the pink spotting... and he said that it sounds like it was a very light period. I explained that I had never experienced anything like this before. He did some tests and I am not pregnant, but I guess it is different for everyone, so I still have my fingers crossed for you!!

Are you keeping a chart of when you ovulate or are you tracking any biological signs of ovulation? (Temp, CM?)

It could be a host of things, but this is what I thought right off the bat...

1. Once in a blue moon I'll have a wacky cycle and O later than usual. Most of the time with that late O I have a tad bit of pink Ovulation bleeding.

2. Implantation bleeding. Could be this too- for all the reasons already given

3. Very light menstrual period or premenstrual spotting.

If you've BD'd lately could be some spotting for that... or maybe you are pregnant, don't have enough hcg in your system for a BFP, but you're getting a little spotting that is natural for that too.

hey babydust im in the same position! I think im about 13/14 dpo and i had a bit of light pink in cm then later today a bit of brown but no af. I tested this morning and got a bfn. Im gona wait until mon and if af hasnt arrives i wil test again. Ive got irregular periods too...pain in the butt! Ive had slight cramps today and yesterday but not sure if it was ur to needing the toilet.

However this did happen to me last month. I had spotting for about 10 days from about 4dpo. It hasnt started until af was due this time but i think im going to get af!

Good luck i hope its a bfp for you! Have you recently come off bcp ?
