Sore Boobs b4 ovulation?

Anyone have sore boobs before Ovulation? I noticed a few days ago CD 11 that my boobs were getting heavier and a little sore and those stupid bumps are back they were here last cycle but had went away. I have heard of sore boobs after ovulation but I am pretty sure I didnt ovulate on day 11 thats the day I started temping. Just curious.

oh yes - cycle 1 after bcp I had sore boobs just before ovulation (around 2 days) - really sore to touch -had to take bra off when I came home and this carried on right up to the day before came - am hoping it's not going to be lke that every month

currently on cycle 2 and awaitng ovulation.......

They do get a llittle sore mostly I get very very sick to my tummy But hey at least we have signs!!

Very true thanks guys I was just worried that I had Ovd earlier but now its nice to know that it can happen b4 ovulation and not just after.

I had terrible pains in my breasts last night (I'm not due to O for another 7 days) I haven't a clue waht cause it but both of them had really sharp pains deep inside

I always get sore boobs around ovulation and stomach ache like period pain with some stabbing pains in my right side!

Do you take metformin? Cant remember if you said you did or not?

That would've been CD10. I don't have a clue what was causing it but it didn't go away all night, but it was gone by the morning.

It's not like I was sore anywhere other than my breasts, it was very strange given that I've not ovulated even now... I don't expect to ovulate until about CD18

I know my mum got sore boobs when she was starting to move towards her menopause (sp?) but hopefully I'm still a good 15/20 years away from that!

Has anyone else has unreasonably painful breasts early in their cycle?

I get a really painful left boob around ovulation time, feels like stabbing pains and just generally tender. My right one feels perfectly fine which is quite bizzare lol

Yeah I am on metformin only taking 500x2 per day. I wonder if that has something to do with it.

i have and tis is my first time being on a QUOTE unQUOTE cycle i had perviously bleed for twelve months srtiaght and got really sick well my doctor finally said enough is enough and put me on birth control to regulate it he said four months and we will see if ur periods are regular by then they have been but last month was my last pack and i thought once i finished it my period would just continue but it did not it stopped right when it was supposed to bleed for 7 days and thats it sooooooooo i think im having a whats concidered un medicated normal cycle the real test will be if i begin the day im supposed to begin but this cycle i have noticed yester day and a little today i have been having really intense sharp pain in the sides and under my breast the nipples are not sore like they are when i get my period but just like god these babies are sore soooooooo bad they felt swollen i iced them no lie im like whats going on so idk and it is really werid becasue my periods go with the calender i start af 28 of each month and bleed to like the fourth of the new month so having o paint like 8 9 10 11 could it be ovlation idk we will see i have been a little crampy all day as well so idk we will see

i have got sore bigger boobs for the first time this cycle and am so hoping that its a god sign to a healthy egg now making its way for two days time .
All you girls that are or were pregnant at the time of these posts have given me a little hope that this could be our month, as its the 3rd month i have just been pn a cocktail of B6, folic acid B9, and B12 and no alcohol and no smoking (as i gave up), so am really hoping this is it x

i got sore boobs right before i was suppose to get my period and i was pregnant with my first when i get my period my boobs are a little fuller but not sore
