Sore boobs & ovulation

Does anyone get like super achey sore boobs around ovulation? Ovulation is pretty new to me as I've got pcos but I've lost 3 stone and started to get some signs. I'm cd 17 today and I think I'm 2 dpo but just got another positive opk so.. just wondering how to know if I have ovulated vs gearing up for it still. I have ewcm the last 4 days and cramps too

I get very very VERY sore nipples after ovulation.
