My LO is 6 month old and is EBF - we started weaning a couple of weeks ago. I've noticed over the last week my left breast feels tender in the arm pit area and when my LO has just fed I felt sharp pains in my breast. What could be causing this? I can't feel a lump anywhere so don't think it's a blocked duct.
