Sore humongous bbs

I am currently 12 dpo and have the most ridiculously sore bbs. They have doubled in size in the past 4 days and are irritating just to lean my hand on them gently. I normally get sore nipples around AF time (due in 2 days) but this is ridiculous, it's all around my bbs, the tops, the sides, underneath, even under my armpit where my bra strap sits?

Is there anything I can do to ease this?
