SPD after pregnancy

has anybody suffered with this? Unfortunately I still have it and still in alot of pain, Currently on Diclofenac (sp?) for pain relief but its not doing much. Its been 16weeks since I had my daughter yet the pain is worse then when I was pregnant, I can't do anything I used to do so swimming etc is out of the question and even standing up is a struggle. Any advice?

well see i startin to get this which is real painful and it sucks man! i jus hoping it dont get bad.....did u like have a natural birth with jus gas and air when u had jaz or did u have an epi or anything?? x x x

I had normal with gas and air and diamorphin

ahh see cuz i was going to see apparently having an epidural can make it worse as ur numb and cant feel ur pelvis so u could end up damaging it.
its a proper horrible feeling tho isnt it hope it eases soon hun x x x

Yeah me to hun, got to have another ultrasound on it and possibly have it "pinned"
