Well ladies uncomfortable isn't the word my hips back and complete pelvis feel like they could snap any minute so looking for exercises I can do on my exercise ball x without fearing preterm labour xx

Have you contacted physio? I've been under a physio therapist since 16 weeks, honestly not a lot helps and they just try to give exercises for pelvic floor & lower tummy muscles to support the position of your pelvis & the weight of your bump. They do also teach how to sit, stand, walk etc correctly again. The rest is just resting as much as you can but with a toddler I know that's impossible! I'm thinking next session I'll be on crutches. I have a bump belt but barely a bump yet and already suffering! I'm sorry you're suffering :( have a look on YouTube but I can't even bend the right way to sit on a ball or part my legs really! Hope it gets better soon xx

I'm huge already at nearly 24 weeks its knackering xx yeh toddlers keep you on their toes xx

Sadly not much does help. Physio can show you good posture, how to sit, keeping legs together. No pushing trolleys or hoovering etc. In my last pregnancy I found the support belt uncomfortable but may try again this time. I feel for you. It's horrible :hugs:.
