Im on a strict low fat diet because of my Gallstones and made thsi lovely dinner tonight that i wanted to share .
2 chicken breats marinated over night in , Chillie , Mexican spices , a splash of soy sauce , paprika , Salt and pepper.
Sliced and cooked just before i started making dinner .
I then added to a wok Rice noodles (Nice big portion of noodles rice noodles are real low in fat), Fresh mushrooms, Beansprouts, Grated carrot, And onion.
Fried all off and Added my chicken from earlier.
Then added a pre made Schezwan sauce from asdas and kept in wok for about 5 more mins.
Was real real tasty and done ever so quick in about 10 mins.
For kids i did the same as us but without the chicken or Schezwan sauce just a dash of ketchup and they added theres to tortilla wraps they ahd sooo much fun and ate the lot.
