Spirulium and ttc

I looked at the link, I would try it
KUP posted if you do use it, on any positive changes you notice. I have not used it before but put it on my Christmas supplement shopping list (I buy sups twice a year when home)

I am also interested to know more about Spirulina. Does it help sperm count? I have read that there are some side effects e.g. it can improve your immune system to the extent that it starts attacking the embryo and prevents implantation in some people

I have taken it on a few cycles in a morning smoothie along with wheat grass and and it jumped my ovulation to CD 11-12 where before I was not ovulating till CD 16-20 however with the early ovulation I noticed my LP shortening a little more each cycle first it was always 14 days then on the green smoothie it went to 11 days which freaked me out a bit so I stopped taking it and my LP went back to normal 14-16 days.

i think i'm going to take a break from it, especially since i'm in the tww.

i will however, continue to take my b6, prenatals and herbs from acupuncture.

well af came today.

i have no idea if spirulium played a role in that or not.

i may take it for a few days while af is here, and then
stop all together as i move into pre-ov/bd mode.
