Hello. I don’t use anything to track ovulation other than looking back at my cycles but they do tend to vary. Anyway I have noticed I get spots along my jawline each month, alternate sides, which is a sign of ovulation.
Does anyone who tracks know when abouts this occurs? The spots have just appeared at one side today, I’m wondering how far away I am from ovulating now? I am on CD 14.
