Spotting again !!

I am becoming very discouraged about my pregnancy right now. Last week I had a gush of fresh blood that ended as quickly as it started, no pain, no clots...I went to the ER and they made me wait 3 hrs in the waiting room. They kept telling me I was fine and it wasnt deemed an emergency. after being seen, they took blood, did a pelvic exam and ultrasound and had me wait around for hours more without giving me any results or explanations about my condition. After 7 hrs & becoming impatient I walked out of the hospital without being discharged so I have no idea what is wrong. I have no assigned obgyn so I dont know who to call. Today I have spotting of dark brown blood that once again stopped as quickly as it started. I really dont know whats wrong or who to turn to for answers. The medical staff has been absolutely useless !!! Im afraid im goin to miscarry if I haven't already
