Spotting during ovulation anyone?

Do you spot during or after ovulation? If so what does it look like ?
I never have had spotting around ovulation before but my body isn't great for ovulating without meds anyway.
I'm 8 month pp and using ovulation tests etc. And i got a positive and lots of each, next day I had 1 lot of brown ewcm and nothing since. Just wondering if it was a sure sign of ovulation
