spotting on pill 10 weeks after baby

Hi

I was wondering if anyone can help me and reassure me. I had my ds3 10 weeks ago Tuesday via c section I bleed for 2 weeks and had the odd day of spotting so I went back on microgynon I've been on it before and never had any problems.
I'm now on the second pack and have around a week of tablets left and I'm spotting brown blood? I did last month too is there any reason for this? I have Googled and it says it's common for 1st 3 months of pill to spot but I'm worrying as I never have before when started taking it?

Any help will be greatly appreciated as I'm worrying there's something wrong with me
