Spotting with femara/letrozole...?

I have never ever had spotting before. I have just finished my 5 days of femara and have been spotting the whole way through taking it and am still spotting. Has anyone else had this - is it normal - should I be worried?

im on day 2 of the pills and im still cramping and spotting not sure if its related to femara or not.

I had a lot of cramping too - especially on friday (day 4 of taking it)

I have done a bunch of research too and some people say that cysts often form and rupture and that is what the bleeding is - I haven't found out yet if that is a good thing or a bad thing...
