Spotting?

It's been a day shy of 4 weeks since my D&C, and I ovulated last Saturday (finally!). I have no had sex, so it's not an implant bleed or anything like that. A little bit of pink spotting started yesterday, I had it a couple of times. Today it's back again. Is this my period trying to start? If not, why would I be having a breakthrough bleed? I'm confused as to what this is. If it's the start of my period, I'm really afraid it's going to be super duper light and I'll have to wait to TTC an extra month. Has anybody else had this?

It is AF, Mine started out like this and now it has fully flowed, ive read that it is not abnormal our bodies are recognizing the changes. Give it a chance it will be okay. I felt the same im currently on CD4

I think AF is getting ready to come. I am not spotting but I am feeling pressure in my lower abdomen and I've increased in moisture which is the norm during PMS.

I suspect if mine come it will be here next week since it feels like my body is getting ready for it. I will be so happy when it comes because that will get me one step closer to normalcy.

You gals are making me extra happy! I was expecting it next weekend based on ovulation, but if it comes a week early, I will be ecstatic! I agree, one step closer to normalcy! If it starts this weekend I will be back on my regular cycle, which would be great.

I was shocked my came. I know they say you don't ovulate until the HCG is out. But I tested my HCG only days before my cycle came and it was still positive and now I checked again while on my AF and its negative. the body is amazing idk but its fixing itself on its own. Ill be so happy to start again

Mine is still very barely positive. Well, 2 mornings ago it was, I haven't checked it again. I can't wait til I get a blazing negative. That feels so weird to say. I totally O'ed with HCG still in my system - faint line, but still there.

My first period after my mmc was really light. It started as spotting like you described. It may turn into a full flow or it may stay light. Mine only lasted 3-4 days. Good luck to you on your next cycle!

Thanks for sharing your experience. It's still spotting, but getting a touch heavier everyday for the past 3 days. Hoping it turns into a flow, I normally have 3 days of spotting before my perods. If it doesn't get heavier I'm scared to TTC right away

It seems to have completely stopped, i'm pretty disappointed. I am so looking forward to trying again, I am so ready. Hurry up AF That couldn't have been it.

Maybe it was your first AF. Perhaps it was just your body getting back on track and the next one will resemble a normal one. I've heard all sorts of things regarding the first few cycles and how out of wack they be.

If you completely stopped bleeding after the m/c and had some weeks without anything - and then this happened, I am thinking it was AF.

If that was AF, then we are going to be waiting a few months.. I am so down about this

I spotted for 2 weeks after, and then stopped for 2 and now that happened. I didn't even need a liner it was that light. I'm still kinda crampy-ish so I'm hoping she's still on her way... still extra grumpy too. I don't know what's going on.

Hey ladies,

I have 1 child who will be 2 tomorrow. Now fast forward.. We had a miscarriage in August at 5 weeks. After I finished bleeding, I continued to take OPK's. Got a yes and of course, bd. No period showed up. I am guessing due to my miscarriage. Later, had to go out of town so didn't take OPK's for a few days. Started taking them again when we got home. The test wasn't positive but it was only negative by a tiny bit.

Now, I started pink spotting 5 days ago. This being the fifth day. It started out pink then a scatter red spot, but more pink. Most times it is mixed with stretchy discharge. I only see spotting on the tissue. And even then it is only a tiny bit. My cervix is extremely high and soft soft, you can barley touch it. It also seems to be closed.

Any insight on this? Any ladies experience this?
