Spotting

Im currently on cd 11 i normally have 30-32 day cycles iv been having cramping for a few days and now today iv noticed im spotting only when i wipe does anyone know what causes this? If im bleeding now will it delay my ovulation? Any ideas would be appticiated

It can be ovulation spotting/bleeding. It's nothing to worry about and it's normal. Just means that the egg being released has caused a tiny bit of bleeding. However if it gets worse and itake heavy like a period I'd call a Dr. But all in all ovulation bleeding/spotting is normal.

Thankyou for replying the bleeding gradually got heavier not as heavy as a period but i did have to wear a pad it lasted 4 days not sure how heavy ovulation bleeding is but i dont think it was that

Ovulation spotting last 2-4day an vary in colour from pink to brown.. bright red or heavy flow is not normally associated with ovulation..Also in a 30 day cycle it will definitely be too early for O...the body gets kind of weird once actively trying so don't read into that too much and definitely don't stress ...Do you use ovulation test straps? And are you taking any medication that might affect your cycle this month? How London is your luteal phase

I dont use ovulation strips anymore because i found them a littke bit stressful i know from when i was tracking it that i normally ovulate around CD16 but i have ovulation CD13 before i havent done anything to change my cycle do you think this random bleeding will make me ovulate later than normal?

YES SPOTTING can cause delayed ovulation if it's not ovulation spotting... mid cycle bleeding is cause by many things ..one being the stresses that come along with ttcing trust me i KNOW!!! but I won't worry too much or stress any further as this will prolong it making it worst and causing the bleeding to last longer ...Also of you are checking it every minute...it tends to stress you n it seems like it's never going to stop..I was definitely guilty of doing that when I had mid cycle spotting. Chamomile tea is a very nice relaxant and also good for ttc..
ABOUT THE ovulation test... have you tried Clearblue digitals I find them less stressful as it gives us a definate yes or no ...no guessing whether it's a positive results not like on them darn cheapies lol they drive me mad ..but I'm sticking out with whatever it takes for a BFP...so I use both lol
