Sprung a leak!

So, TMI straight off... for a few weeks if I squeeze my nipples I can get a tiny droplet of liquid...last night I was lying in bed on my side, reading and my nipple felt funny, so i kinda scratched it with my hand and realised my hand was wet...and I had streak of milk all over my hand....and my boob was wet too. i know it natural and stuff but scared the cr@p outta me!lol
