Hello all,
Just a quick query.
Since Sunday I have had the need to go to the toilet a lot more often and every time I have my stools have been incredibly soft.
I haven't been ill, have had no dodgy food and feel perfectly fine and not sick at all. But every morning I have a strong need to empty my bowels and when I do its very soft. I also go another once or twice during the day which is unusual for me.
I don't think it's a bug as I feel normal and well. It's just the constant need to empty my bowels.
I've heard that this can be your body getting ready for labour though surely I am way too early at 34 weeks? I haven't lost any plug yet or had any other signs. She has felt very heavy lately but is still moving about a lot.
Has anyone had any experience of this? Could it mean anything or is it just coincidence? I did feel 'different' last week, like things were changing inside and that I might not reach my due date but that might just be my brain playing tricks.
I am seeing my midwife tomorrow so will mention it to her, too.
Any thoughts?
