when i was preg with my daughter i put on over 4 stone, when she was 2 i started the cambridge diet and lost all the weight plus more in 4 months, i only really had the shakes, i didnt like the soups, but now they do porriage and other stuff, i hav'nt tried
i would defo recommend the chocolate tetras, they are lovely, the bars didnt agree with me i tried them for a week and ended up putting on lb, first week i lost 8lbs, second week 5 and from then on 3-4 lbs a week, obviously as you go up the plans and reintroduce food the weight loss is a tad slower, but you still see amazing results in such a short space of time that no other diet would do
it is hard, but if you were as determind as me, you will be at your goal weight in no time
