Starting to suspect ectopic.....anyone with experience?

So I've been spotting since 2 days before getting my bfp. The first spotting I attributed to implantation and sex.

Since then however we haven't had sex, and I continue to have brown spotting on and off. Some days it's none, other days it's a bit every time I wipe. Usually shows up either in the morning or after a bowel movement. I am taking/using progesterone suppositories so I know that can irritate the cervix as well.

I guess what's causing me to start to wonder is that I'm starting to have twinges near my left ovary. It's not painful per-se, best I can describe is that it feels like how your nose feels when you've got to sneeze but can't or are trying to hold it in. When I press down it doesn't feel any worse or more noticeable.

I'm having my second blood draw tomorrow and plan to stop in my doctors office to talk with them (since it's on the hospital's campus) to see what they think but would like to see if any of you have had experience with this. Thanks!

Hi eme I got no ovary twinges with my ectopic but plenty with both pregnancies that were in the right place. I'm not sure how far along you are but at around 5 weeks with this one I got lots of twinges and things seem to be going well!
I had no spotting with my ectopic. At the time I had no symptoms with my ectopic until it ruptured but in hindsight the only thing that was different the implantation bleeding. I have had implantation bleeding with all 3 pregnancies. For the two where bubs were in the right place it was brownish and I thought it was the start of af. For my ectopic the implantation bleeding was red/pink , just one streak and had kind of a EWCM consistency to it.

Nothing you have said makes me worried for you but I think you are right to bring it up at your next appt - better for them to keep a close eye on you if you have an inkling something might not be right...
Fingers crossed it's just jitters and you have a h&m 9 months. Congratulations on your bfp!!

Thank you so much ladies, and thank you for your story hislo! Today I started getting the same twinges/pinches in my right ovary so im starting to think it may just be growing pangs. I wouldn't be worried if it weren't for the spotting. Hopefully I'll have clearer answers in a few days when I have the results of my blood work!

I know spotting is not nice, I had it with ds a lot xx
