Starting Vitex Tincture soon. Anyone tried this?

I've decided to stop all the other herbs I've been taking and I'm now waiting for my Vitex Tincture to come should be here tomorrow/Saturday I've heard its more potent.

Today's my last day on progesterone cream so hopefully when I stop it Af will arrive within a week.

Anyone tried the liquid Vitex?

I haven't tried the liquid form but I've been taking the tablets this cycle. I have a short luteal phase so hoping these will help! Do you have any experience with the tablets? xx

I've taken the tablets before don't know If I've taken them long enough for them to work, I read a blog post where a lady put a Vitex capsule in a glass of water and it had taken about 12 hours to break up as to the reason why it takes longer to work then she started on vitex tincture and she saw results straight away!

Apparently b complex is good for adding a few days on your lp I've tried it and it added 2days on mine don't know if my lp was short be because I O'd on cd93 but still take them anyway. Hopefully it makes your lp longer x

I'm hopeing my Vitex turns up this morning x

I did read that the tincture works faster but didn't know why! I'm taking b complex too so hopefully something will work! Hope yours arrives soon and good luck xxx

My Vitex tincture arrived today I've taken 60 drops this morning and will take 20 drops tonight then tomorrow I will do morning 35 then 35 again before bed then Will just keep it at that dose x
