Can anyone advise if this enough to subject with my divorce paperwork for the statement of arrangements for Madden? Where letters are in place is people's names of which I've obtained permission from themselves to name them.

I am currently trying to draught a paragraph about the activites Madden currently does such as swimming and soft play

Statement of arrangements re: Madden H W.

At present Madden lives with myself, at my parents 4 bedroom house (address), of which Madden has his own room while, the remaining 3 bedrooms are occupied by my parents, my brother when he is home from university and myself. The house has a large secured back garden in which Madden is allowed access to play.
Currently Madden see’s Warren every Wednesday evening where Warren’s work allows and Warren has Madden every other weekend. I would like this to continue as it is at the moment subject to Warren’s next posting within the Army when I would like the situation to be reviewed so that Madden can see Warren as much as possible to maintain their relationship.
While I am at work Madden is looked after by my parents with the exceptions of the weekends that he spends with Warren. There are occasions when I either have to change my hours at work or have appointments that Madden cannot attend with me when he is looked after by either my brother, X or Y.
As of September 2012 I will be attending Kingston College to study Beauty Level 3 Btec National Diploma this will enable me to better provide for Madden. Whilst I am at college Madden is to continue being looked after by my parents Mondays and Tuesdays while Wednesday through to Friday I have arranged for Madden to be childminded by Z. Within the Friday that Z is employed to look after Madden I have requested that Warren be able to collect Madden from her when he finishes work on his days to avoid reducing the time that Madden gets to spend with Warren. I feel that the arrangements I have made from September will benefit Madden greatly as it will enable him to continue his social and personal development while I return to education to enable myself the provision to better employment possibilities.
Come January 2014 Byfleet has a selection of nurseries that I will be looking to choose from to send Madden to continue his education, social and personal development. Subject to securing a place I will be looking to send Madden to the nursery attached to St Mary’s School with the hope that Madden will get a place at St Mary’s come September 2015 where hopefully friends he has made at nursery will also attend. If these do not materialise there is another primary school in the village that Madden can attend.

So to bug you all with another long post wine to make up for it

That looks very comprehensive Hon ... I'd just add in that Z is a registered childminder

All they are really looking for in this statement is that you and Warren have an arrangement for Access as the final decree absolute is dependent on that - without an agreement between the two of you the final divorce will be delayed (until such time as an agreement is in place).

As you have already covered that there probably isn't a need to go into any more details about Maddens daily activities :D :hugs:

Thanks tattiesmum I thought I'd written that shes registered so I'll correct that now.
