Steer clear of orange juice!!!

My mum did warn me not to drink pure orange juice whilst I'm breast feeding, but I couldn't drink it while I was pregnant either and I had the biggest craving for the stuff...so...I had a HUGE glass of it on thursday - BIG MISTAKE!!!!

We've had 2 full days of the biggest, wettest, splattiest, down-the-leg, up-the-back nappies EVER!!!!!

Oh no! I think it depends on how your baby takes to it. I drink orange juice all the time, I've been breastfeeding for 11 1/2 months now and Valerie has never had a reaction to it like that at all.

I've been breastfeeding for 9 weeks now and drink loads of pure orange juice, and we've not experienced anything like that. I guess it's down to how the individual babies react to it?

I've never avoided any foods when breastfeeding my 4 kids (only medicines) and I don't recall any "reactions" IYKWIM? Maybe I've just been too busy to notice
