Sterilising?

How long do you have to sterilise for? I have in my head one year old but not sure if I am just making that up?

I was told 1y but some people say 6m. After they start moving around and chewing everything there doesdnt seem much point. I used to sterilise bottles onlyand went up to 1y. Will do the same with ds.though I'm not precious about it after 6m

Bottles should be sterilised while ever your using them, everything else its 6 months.

I would properly sterilise till at least 1 years x

I will until LO no longer takes a bottle. I'm sure after six months it seems pointless with all the things they stick in their mouth, but I feel like my hand washing isn't enough. It's more for my own piece of mind at that point.

Liam is almost 10 months and I don't sterilise.

I don't sterilize. Sterilizing is more of a concern when tap water isn't safe, but where I live, it's not a problem. I wash the bottles with hot water and soap and leave them to dry on a rack.
