Sticky Thread Suggestion?

There is going to be a major changeto the benefits system next year and I'm surprised at the amount of people who are not aware of this IRL and will be affected. Is there any chance there could be a sticky on Finance and GC relating to this? I say GC as there is alot of traffic on this forum.
