Still having brown spotting

I guess it's been a little over 2 weeks since this all started. I was having light brown spotting when I would wipe. Some days more some less and some none at all. I made it almost a week with none. Now it's back and a little heavier plus it looks similar to coffee grounds. I have been able to find the babys heartbeat with my Doppler. So that is reassuring . But it is still very troubling. I am unsure how far along I am as I haven't been to the doctor. Still waiting on insurance. I am somewhere between 8 and 12 weeks. Any ideas ?
