Still late!

Hello im on cd 31 I normally have a regular cycle of 28days so im currently 3days late my boobs have only just started to get a bit sore over the last 2days or so mainly when I come running down the stairs I can feel there very tender and also have sore nipples , ive took several hpt but all bfn , ive had a few mild crampy pains as tho afs going to show up but il go check and theres nothing, I dont understand whats going on any help/advice? Xx

How do you know you are late? Do you know when you ovulated?

You could have just ovulated late therefore not making AF late yet.

You are regular until you are not.

I ovulated on cd18/19 as an opk came up Positive both days I also had bad cramps which I get when I ov,

when was CD18/19 for you? How long is your LP?

If I went off cd18 it will make it 13days ago I ovulated, so surely implantation would of occurred by now ? I do have mild achey pains now and then mainly in my groin area I feel like afs coming but hasnt arrived yet :/

Implantation usually happens between 7-12DPO....though as with everything there are exceptions.

Going off my usual regular period, CD13 is only a day or two before I would start AF. Sometimes I get cramping along with brown spotting.

If you truly are 13DPO I would think you'd be able to turn a test positive if you were pregnant. But there are some who don't see a BFP until AF is late (even some as long as a week late)

im 5days late for af and 11dpo ... this is my first month testing for ovulation etc so not sure on my LP but this is first time since feb ive been late... been testing every couple days and im getting bfn too :/ but I did ovulate quite late into my cycle, which I don't know if its a regular thing for me or a one off as like I said its my first month testing etc so hoping im just testin early that's why im getting bfn... not out til af shows though! so don't give up hope you get your bfp soon!
