Anyone still taking prenatal vitamins while breastfeeding?:happydance: I am cuz I have DHA in them and extra calcium..Its so important to drink alot of water and juice when breastfeeding cuz it helps keep your milk up..Not eating well too can make your milk low:dohh:..Plenty of peanut butter n jelly sandwiches and milk will do the trick for my night time feedings:rofl:..I feel so dehydrated n hungry after she feeds sometimes..

I am too. I tell you something. I drink lots of water when feeding and yesterday I didnt manage to as I was out most of the day. Boy can I tell a difference thid morning - no big full boobies for me :( Not happy coz I really love feeding her in the morning when they're busting!!!

I'm still taking mine.
I did the opposite of Mervs mum - I drank tonnes of fluids yesterday and I had to get up at 5 o'clock in the morning to express. They felt like they did when my milk first came in again!! Soooo painful!

still taking the sanatogen ones, drinking loads and make way to much milk, Ive got the opposite problem poor little bean chokes on my milk because let down is too damn fast so I have to pump the excess and freeze it for a rainy day or something like that, the only thing \i dont reccomend you having is lucozade I was addicted to it during pregnancy and had a glass the other day big mistake poor bubs wasnt best pleased at all that day( I know caffines bad but it was only a small glass)
