still very very tender and getting worse!?

Hi all still baffled as im now on cd20 and my uterus/womb is still very tender and even more so to the touch I keep getting sharp twinges inside uterus and the whole thing over all is very sensitive, ovarys havnt botherd me for a few days now , but boobs are starting to become tingly not to the touch just now and then il get a random tingle sensation im due af on the 21st any ideas as to what it may be as ive already ovulated x
