stomach pain??

hiya ladies ,

ive had a really bad cold, cough the lot really 4 about a month now, today tho, my lower stomach, but feels right down at my uterus is really painful when im coughing. and im findin myself having to bend over a bit and hold my stomach to cough.

does that sound normal? have i just pulled a muscle or something silly like that, or does any one kno if it could be something else
