Stopped breastfeeding last friday but want to start again HELP!

I took the decision to stop feeding a my nipple was raw on the right side and my baby was extreamaly jaundice.
However my nipple has healed and is really sick on formula.
I took antihistamine to help dry my milk up (i found this out online) but now I want to re establish my supply. Please help I need advise as to what to do for the best. I feel so selfish and guilty for stopping its really upsetting me.

I've managed to pump off 1oz and he fed a little from the breast too so that's great. I'm going to express every 2hours for 20mins per breast and eating a tonne of oatmeal. I will let you know how I get on.
