Any tips to stop me getting too full?

Baby is 12 weeks old and I've been slowly weaning him onto bottles since he was 1 month, breastfeeding during the night and between bottles during the day.
Over the last couple of days he's been so hungry, emptying both breasts in one feed and waking every 2 hours in the night. It's like he's reverted to newborn!
So I think the time has come to establish a proper routine and get him off the booby!
I'm just a bit worried about my poor boobs getting sore, I had blocked ducts a few times, which is so painful.
Any tips or advice welcome, thanks ladies x

I would suggest gradually weaning so your supply drops. Also, if you start to get quite full hand express or pump enough to ease the pressure/discomfort, but don't empty them. This should help tell your body that you don't need the milk without resulting in blocked ducts.
