Aghhhh ! I'm freaking out!

I'm combination feeding but we are more so on formula, LO is nearly 3 days old!

Can I store prepared bottles ? I know there are loads of rules and regulations about it all ... People say make it when it's needed? ..

How does everyone do it? Any advice would be really handy please! Getting stressed out over how to make it easier!

Thanks xx

hi! according to the WHO the safest way is to make fresh then rapid cool, put in the fridge and heat when needed. they can be in the fridge for up to 24 hours. other ladies will have other suggestions too, im sure you will get more replies x

How do you rapid cool? There seems to be so many differing opinions!

I am in the USA so it's different here but I use Nursery water to mix them, put them in the fridge and then heat them up for 30 seconds when I need them. I have been doing it this way since she was 2 months old. But here there is no need to boil water or anything like that.

I also bought a Dr. Brown's formula pitcher which was great because you can mix like 20 oz at a time and then it comes out smooth with no lumps/foam

Thanks, I'd never seen that before. It seems with bottle feeding I seem to find something new everyday to make my life a little easier! It's costing me a small fortune but hey, it's worth it. :D
