Need some tips please. How long can you store it for? Where to store it - fridge or freezer, etc?

Any tips would be great!

I think this was a sticky until the feeding section changed: https://www.babyandbump.com/breast-bottle-feeding/18651-storing-breastmilk.html x

I will add, take it for what it's worth, we continued to use breastmilk from our deep freezer 2 years later with no ill effects and it seemed to still help my son not get sick. Also, although you aren't supposed to, if my son did not finish a bottle, we put it back in the fridge and he either finished it next time or we dumped it- and again, he never got sick from doing this. I'm someone who generally thinks of expiration dates as suggestions though, so I guess it depends on how you feel about the issue:)

The Alberta health nurses give out a leaflet
Room Temp (just pumped) is good for 4 hours
Fridge is 2days (although I believe the medela guide says 4 days
Frozen is 1 year (needs to be thawed in the fridge)
