Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. We will continue to work on clearing up these issues for the next few days, but please report any other issues you may experience so we can look into. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
I will add, take it for what it's worth, we continued to use breastmilk from our deep freezer 2 years later with no ill effects and it seemed to still help my son not get sick. Also, although you aren't supposed to, if my son did not finish a bottle, we put it back in the fridge and he either finished it next time or we dumped it- and again, he never got sick from doing this. I'm someone who generally thinks of expiration dates as suggestions though, so I guess it depends on how you feel about the issue
The Alberta health nurses give out a leaflet
Room Temp (just pumped) is good for 4 hours
Fridge is 2days (although I believe the medela guide says 4 days
Frozen is 1 year (needs to be thawed in the fridge)
