Straining and Implantation?

I had my FET yesterday...we transfered two blasts!
But...this morning I had some trouble going to the bathroom (#2)
I had to strain a little to go and now I'm worried I may have done
something to my embies!
Would the straining cause my embies not to implant?
Now I'm stressing over this...HELP!
