strange crampy tightness...what is going on?

Ive been getting braxton hicks regularly since 25 weeks. This feels different. They started last night. I got 2 or 3 in a row before bed and another couple while at work today. They are like period cramps that tighten my stomach like a BH but the pain radiates through my back and down into my legs. Cant be labor since they arent regular but what is going on?? Dont remember anything like it with my DD altho i was induced.

I get this too, been going on for a couple of weeks now. It doesnt matter whether im walking, sitting or lying, they just come on whenever! I have no idea why! I hope someone else can shed some light!
