Hi,

You can tell me I'm being completely oversensitive, but do you have any control over the featured articles? It's just there is one showing today that I thought is kind of in bad taste, but maybe it's just me making a big deal I don't know.

Anyway, it's just a picture of a group of kids eating food, and one kid is clearly a lot bigger than the others and the caption is, "Maybe you shouldn't finish your plate".

Then when you click on it, there's no article or anything, just the picture in big with another caption saying "Trivia of the day: Who eats the most?".

Doesn't give any context of the picture or the boy or an article about it or anything, just think it's a bit cruel and unnecessary when there could be loads of reasons why he is bigger. And anyway not really nice to use someone's pic like that whatever the reason for their size, especially a child.

Sorry if I'm just being completely oversensitive and others find it amusing  Added a screenshot.

eta...spoke too soon...it's back!

Yeah I also thought that but wasn't sure if it was just me being over sensitive lol

Articles are mostly from guest bloggers or featured to a blog directory (which I think this one is). They change a lot.

I come across plenty on websites and/or blogs that I don't agree with or certainly have my own opinion on how it was featured but really the answer is to do the same as me and ignore the things you don't agree or share an opinion with.
