Strange noise when bottle feeding

Our little girl makes a strange click sort of sound when drinking from the bottle. She takes a few sucks and then there's a click, she doesn't release the teat though.

We changed teats from slow to medium flow, on doctors advice (due to excess wind) but the clicking sound has continued.

Anyone else experience this ?

My little boy didnt click, but he sort of squeaked when he was feeding. I was told it was a stridor? dont no if its the same thing.

Alex always clicked either BF or FF, i never found a reason for it though i think maybe sucking too hard?
He grewb out of doing it though.
