Stretch marks and c-section

I have a large, hard and deep stretch mark just above my bikini line exactly where I imagine they will make their incision on Wednesday. Does anyone have any experience with how this could affect the surgery or recovery? I asked my midwife but she didn't even bother looking at it and it's very thick and hard I can't imagine how they will cut through and sew it up as easily as normal flesh?

I have the same stretch marks in the same area, I've had 2 csections never had problems with the skin healing. And my scar looks very neat too, hope this helps
