Stretch marks!!! Please help!

So I got no stretchmarks with my fiest and tonight have just noticed some under my bump!!! I am carrying very low or have dropped- not sure as been so busy with toddler j haven't taken pics etc like first time round! Could cry! Is it now likely they'll get much worse until I deliver? Also fact I've dropped- does this mean I could have baby earlier?

I have loads on my belly and legs. They will fade lol. You probs will get some more but doubt theyl be too bad x

I don't have any on my stomach but my ass and boobs are loaded down with them from previous pregnancies. They are silver now. My skin on my stomach has been burning like fire for the past few days so I'm sure I'll have some pop up soon. I've never used anything on my stomach, just baby lotion when it itches and burns.
