Strong cramps? Possibly muscle pull?

Ok so I've been having quite moderate and at times severe pain in lower tummy from after sex last night and still today? Could this cause miscarriage? No other pains apart from normal type cramps before but this is quite painful. Could it just be a pulled muscle from last night? Anyone had the same?

Congratulations. Is this your first? With my dd I swore I was gonna start bleeding everyday had such bad cramps made me feel sick but just my uterus changing and growing. It's normal if your worried call a doctor xxx

Nope second,ended up at emergency pregnancy unit and they scanned me,I have a cyst that caused some of the pain but also found out I'm having twins �� Still in shock lol I'm 5 weeks x
