Stttuuuupid Doctors!!

I phoned this morning to try and get an appointment, after failing last week.

Apparently my doctor is fully booked,and i cant see her now until 9th December!! WTF so im just going to have to bloody well wait,which is frustrating as I need to chat with her, i have a list of things!!!

That's ridiculous, do they offer the chance of getting a cancellation at all? With our surgery you can ring between 8am and 9am to see if there are any cancellations for that day... otherwise we wait 1-2 weeks aswell. Stupid.

I know how you feel hun, I made my doctors appt and had to wait 3 weeks for it, then the day before the appt they phoned me and said my notes wearnt in (we had just moved house 5 weeks earlier) and I would have to rebook, so yup another 3 week wait. In total I would of had to wait 6 weeks and that is only if they have my bloody notes then.

What really annoys me is you can go to the docs every monday (for example) and see the same people in the waiting room as it is just like a little social outing for them, then the ones that really need the appt can't get them!!!

That is not very nice... I atleast chose to only see gyni on the 17th of December... but with this gyni if your appointment is at 13:00 you would probably be helped at 14:30 as when he has an emergency he goes straight away...

I hope you get called when someone cancels....
